Jane is an experienced and respected UK Immigration Advisor.
In terms of legal education, Jane completed an LLB (Hons) (Exempting) Law degree in 2006 and following a successful training contract at a local Southampton firm, was admitted as a solicitor in October 2009.
Whilst Jane remains a practicing solicitor, her practice of Immigration Law is regulated principally by the IAA. Jane is a Level 3 accredited Advisor.
Jane is dual accredited, also holding accreditation as a Supervising Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s immigration and asylum accreditation scheme.
Jane has experience in dealing with all types of immigration and asylum applications including entry clearance applications, leave to remain applications including indefinite leave to remain, Citizenship applications, Appeals, Administrative Reviews and applications made both inside and outside the Immigration Rules.
Jane has also previously been instructed as an Immigration Expert Witness by local authorities within Childcare proceedings.
Jane is an experienced, passionate and empathetic immigration advisor. She delivers clear, straightforward immigration advice and representation to those she is instructed by.

Lee Ann Harvey

Lee Ann has amassed over 20 years of knowledge and experience in dealing with all types of immigration and asylum applications including leave to remain, indefinite leave to remain, citizenship, sponsorship applications, entry clearance applications, appeals and Judicial Reviews.
Lee Ann has acted as an expert witness in Immigration Law within Childcare and Family proceedings. She regularly receives referrals from a large number of charities and local authorities within Sussex, Hampshire and Dorset.
Lee Ann has been accredited by the Law Society (IAAS) as a Senior Immigration Supervisor for many years and is now in addition accredited by the IAA as a Level 3 Immigration advisor.
Lee Ann is committed to ensuring the best outcome for her clients, which is reflected in the continuity of her re-instruction.

Kelly Lindsay

Kelly began her career in law initially as a Legal Secretary in 2003 before expanding her skillset and becoming an Accredited Immigration Advisor in 2017 passing the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Probation Accreditation in 2017 and thereafter the Level 1 Caseworker accreditation.
In November 2021, Kelly took and passed her Immigration and Asylum Level 2 (Senior Caseworker) exam and accreditation. In July 2024 Kelly was awarded IAA Level 3 accreditation in Asylum and Protection.
Kelly has over 6 years experience in immigration and asylum applications. She has dealt with asylum claims from Families, Adults and unaccompanied minors. Further, she has significant experience in cases involving Modern Slavery.
Kelly has also completed many EU Applications, Citizenship/Naturalization Applications as well as Family visa’s
Kelly attends regular training and keeps up to date with immigration news and updates in order to maintain her knowledge and competence in immigration law.
