- We will usually retain your information for a minimum of 6 years to comply with statutory regulations unless the information is in respect of a person under the age of 18 years old. In these circumstances, the 6 years period will not begin until the person reaches 18 years old, 6 years following completion of your query or case, your data will be destroyed.
